Today was a wonderful day. The 2017 Montana Tribal College Circuit visited Aaniiih Nakota College on the Fort Belknap Reservation. Though nature threw us a early curve ball (2° and rain = freezing rain), we all made it safe and sound. Bob Parsons, Juanita, Carmen Taylor, Gerald Bear Shirt Stiffarm and Harlan Mount were awesome hosts! They welcome us with amazing hospitality, warm hugs, strong prayers and some of the best homemade soup ever! Everytime I visit Aaniiih Nakota College I leave feeling empowered, loved and reminded how I am part of the past, present and most importantly the future. A big thank you to Bear Shirt for another wonderful tour of campus and radio time! Tomorrow we're off to Fort Peck Community College.

Today was an awesome day! Our hosts at Stone Child College welcomed us with open arms and warm hospitality. After a welcome from Amy Leary from MPSEOC and the SCC Tribal Fair Team, the morning was made right with a beautiful drummer and his song. Then some of us toured the beautiful SCC campus while the other group was blessed to speak to a Rocky Boy elder. Then the fair began, empowering us to have great conversations with Stone Child and Box Elder students, community members, and SCC faculty and staff. It truly was a great day! Tomorrow off to Aaniiih Nakota College.
